Saul Albert on Twitter (@saul): "@robmyers @Tate mining shows to succeed as a female artist, you should make abject performance art about landscape" https://twitter.com/saul/status/431336190524915713 As I mention in the post, the results are skewed a little by the presence of the Turner Bequest in the dataset (30,000 works on paper of various Turneresque subjects). So that might explain the landscape part. But Saul does touch on something that the Tate dataset may enable: a data-driven career as an artist (rather than data-driven art, which I've covered before). - Rob. _______________________________________________ NetBehaviour mailing list [email protected] http://www.netbehaviour.org/mailman/listinfo/netbehaviour
