Timescale: May 2014-December 2015. Milton Keynes Council wishes to appoint freelance digital artists or digital producers for a project called Digitalis. (Ref QU0418). Digitalis will promote wider participation in Milton Keynes Libraries by commissioning a series of creative practitioners who primarily work through new media. The programme will promote digital development and encourage new and existing users to engage with the libraries in new ways.
