Video game and computer game are synonymous in my view so yes it does
have to be a computer game. Maybe create a stone throwing computer
game. The main character could be a 13 year old boy, the first level
might be waiting at the bus stop. The 2nd level, skimming stones at the
sea. The upper levels might involve constructing catapults from old
bucket handles and rubber bands kindly donated by the postman. Extra
points for making cars skid in the road and smashing panes of glass in
the neighbours greenhouse.

Throwing stones is a great game.
