Hi Annie,
I'm glad you replied, I was thinking of you as I pulled down my copy of Angry
Women from the bookshelf.
The presentation aspect bothered me actually, but it was the aesthetic of the
props as much as anything. I felt it needed better design (but I have that
problem with many performance art pieces).
really, there are two art works here and, they do need better thinking through.
cheers

</div>Hi Mark,
I find it difficult to watch the video of this work, to look at the photos and
I don't really know why (yet).
I viscerally don't like the work. It's kind of clumsy and retro. But that's not
the reason, there is lot of clumsy good retro art, it even is quit hot in these
new post times.
Why does she hide in an ugly tent kind of thing to put the eggs inside and ten
reappears to plop them? Why? I can't see any reason.
It's not straightforward, not open, not clear, not well thought through. Why
did she want to hide something? Or if she wanted to, why didn't she plop from
under the tent too?
No like no like no like

Hi NetBees
I know a few of you will have seen/read about Milo Moire's Plopegg piece for
the 2014 Cologne Art Fair. I'm not sure what I make of it, so wrote a short
jumbled lot of thoughts about it (see second link below). I was wonder what
others make of her work?
