Monique Besten is walking for 99 days from Amsterdam to the east of
Austria, where the Nomadic Village, a mobile art society, will be
located this year. On her way she is encountering stories, writing them
down, sharing them and embroidering them on to the outside of her suit.
As a birthday present to the Crab Man we have "adopted" today from
Monique's journey. Monique emailed just now to say that she is wearing
the black 'darkness' cloth that we gave her and other participants on
our recent walk in Stoke-on-Trent with AirSpace Gallery.
