Rhizome is incorporated as a 503c (non-profit) Corporation in the State
of New York, USA. Their 7x7 events raise money for themselves and of
course they're allowed to. The issue is with Rhizome falsely claiming
they are UK based to gain UK public funds to put on the show.

Typically in the UK when you're found out for getting public funds
through false presentation, you either have to pay the money back, or
go to prison, or both.
