We (at Nesta) are currently running a benchmarking survey of arts organisations in England to understand the role/use of technology within the different organisations.
In order for this longitudinal study (this is the second of a three year survey) to provide robust data for the sector at large we need as many organisations as possible to complete the survey (one survey per organisation). Those who complete the survey will have access to a portal that will enable simple analysis of the data so that comparisons can be made across art forms or regions and by participating, will of course contribute to the wider picture which will affect funding decisions going forward. The survey takes approximately half an hour to complete (yes it is long) but it is so that we can establish organisations use of technology, whether the arts programme engages with technology (artists working with technology) and how the fund has impacted on arts organisations. If you work for an arts organisation or museum in England (it's an England only survey due to the ACE funding) then it would be great if you could sign up to complete the survey.
