Bishop, you're 'wow.' was occasioned by real life, while I was writing there was a 5 alarm fire in the vicinity at 3 a.m. (Providence is still filled with smoke). Our building was also smoky but we didn't know about the blaze, and thought it was somewhere inside; we spent the middle of the night running up and down stairs, trying to find it. So the alarmist label was literally true; a 90,000 square foot warehouse burned down a few blocks from here.
