Hello, If any of you lives or works in Lewisham, this is a project to support: https://www.spacehive.com/ladywellselfbuild from Rural Urban Synthesis Society, a London based community land trust.
They pitched their idea to Crowdfund London and they hope that the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, will support it with a grant up to £50,000. The Mayor's GLA regeneration team will assess their project from today. Amazingly they are the second most backed project out of 78. It will be great if you can also spread the word through your network. This is phase one of a 33 self-build housing scheme as they are ready to submit the planning application.
