Scheduled resync with AnonCVS.NetBSD.org repository.
This commit covers NetBSD Guide.
Major changes scince last update:
- NetBSD(R) is a registered trademark (some others possible too).
- Makefile.inc files was removed.
- chap-whatsnew was removed as non related (and obsolete) documentation.
- chap-pack was marked as obsolete and pkgsrc guide should be used instead.
- lot of updates in chap-kernel.
- many small improvements and fixes in: chap-cgd chap-exinst
chap-rc chap-rf chap-veriexec ap-contrib ap-xml.
