Scheduled resync with AnonCVS.NetBSD.org repository.
This commit covers NetBSD Guide only. Major changes scince last update:
- chap-veriexec: section about veriexec an layered fs interaction;
- chap-build: mention exernal toolchain support;
- absolute URLs for PDF files;
- valid HTML 4.01 Transitional output;
- damn lot of small improvements and updates;
- bump copyright dates.
