After Hubert confirmed the automatic update of the websites, include
the HTML version of guide in the repository, a commit-helper target
which ensures that it stays in-sync and a link from index.html.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkg_install/doc/pkg_install.html
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.1 -r1.2 pkg_install/doc/Makefile
