Log Message:
First step at describing pkgsrc version numbers. With one exception,
this is the current ruleset used by pkg_install. In preparation for
further changes, allow subversions in the "nb" part as well. This can
be used for security updates etc. on branches later.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.1 -r1.2 pkg_install/doc/pkg_install.docbook \
pkg_install/doc/pkg_install.html
