Log Message:
Add a simple shell script which can be run from within /var/db/pkg/*
to create a new-style package from the files in the system. The two most
important parts not preserved are the install script and the display
file.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkg_install/src/pkg_create/old2new.sh
