Log Message:
Now that pkg_create exist, change pkg_parse to read input from stdin,
parse it, optionally validate it and write it back to stdout.
This allows it to be used as regression test for the involved tasks.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.1 -r1.2 pkg_install/src/pkg_parse/Makefile
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.9 -r1.10 pkg_install/src/pkg_parse/pkg_parse.c
