Log Message:
Add basic pkg_add. Current limitations:
- path name handling needs refactoring, also affects pkg_tarup
- config_directory, template and volatile are not handled ATM
- no locking or index update
- no checksum validation
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r0 -r1.1 pkg_install/src/pkg_add/Makefile \
