Log Message:
Add a function to remove a package from the indices.
Fix an off-by-one error in the value size computation of
pkg_db_index_plist_iterator so that it does include the NUL.
To generate a diff of this commit:

cvs -z3 rdiff -u -r1.4 -r1.5 pkg_install/lib/pkg_db.c
