Log Message:
made a few changes to mode definitions (absolute/relative), in an effort
to reflect the design intention:
. tablet mode defaults to absolute
. tablet mode is changed by user through wsconsctl
. question remains, should the current mode be stored in tab_data?
. another question: should the hardware driver be allowed to change mode?
