Log Message:
Complete rewrites of the wstablet man pages (both sections)
of interest, we still need to:
. update the ioctl information, none of this was really touched in
section 9 (but was removed from section 4).
. look over the formatting for structure members (use of .Fa ok?)
. justify everything that should be.. make it look pretty :)
. update the td->* members with range info (specifically: p, t, tilt*)
. more information about the stylus device ident string should be given
