Resync with local CVS:
- close TODO items 1 and 2:
- installboot: embed absolute location of dk wedge (in fact
any partition) into fatboot code.
- gpt, gpt.S: LBA0 loader now uses explicit GIUD
- mbr parametres magic changed (asked by Joerg)
- code improvements, fixes, and cleanups
- updated howto & todo list
