This likely means the kernel has not found the device you are booting from. You can get a list of available disk and network devices by typing ? at the root device: prompt. Show the list here and tell us what device you booted from (most likely: wd0, the first sata disk, so boot device should be wd0a). Sometimes it may help to power off the machine (that is no problem at this point), wait a minute and retry "cold". If this would make it work, it is still a bug (and you should file a PR). Martin
