Trying to get mplayer work on NetBSD 8.0 BETA i386. Get the following error:
mplayer: text relocations mplayer: Cannot write-enable text segment: Permission denied Sounds like mplayer does something nasty that NetBSD doesn't like? Is this workable around or are there alternative media players that would work better with NetBSD? Mayuresh.
