It seems I had xfce4-conf-4.13.6nb1 installed, perhaps from
MH> ...Is your xfce4-conf installation older? That patch is

It seems I had xfce4-conf-4.13.6nb1 installed, perhaps
from some previous attempt to install Xfce4 or as part of
xfce4-mousepad-0.4.0nb9. I purged any Xfce4 packages and
sure enough, libwnck now builds! Many thanks for your help
with this.
