Ah, yes, thank you, to rephrase what I wanted to say: the question of Keyboard-Video-Mouse access arises only for a dedicated server, because for a VPS, you have Keyboard-Video-Mouse access anyway via the control panel. Depending on the control panel, you may have modest access to the settings of the Kernel Virtual Machine (e.g., a choice of network and disk drivers), but you won't have significant access to the settings of the Kernel Virtual Machine.
