Binary packages with X11_TYPE=modular

Hello,

is there any repository that publishes binary packages built with
X11_TYPE=modular for x86-64 NetBSD 9 or -current?

Or is there no choice but to build packages from source for myself if want
to use pkgsrc xorg?
