I found almost only cards with some flavours of chip RTL8111: RTL8111E, RTL8111G, RTL8111H. re(4) mentions only 8111 (with no suffix) and just in the name of the manpage. src/sys/dev/pci/pcidevs has this line: product REALTEK RT8168 0x8168 8168/8111 10/100/1000 Ethernet I wonder if the suffixes E/G/H are important, and if these flavours of Realtek 8111 chip would actually be supported by re(4).
