The PUC hardware is very generic. Depending on the card you have
very slight variations on what and how many ports are exposed
and a few other details.

The puc driver has a huge table to identify a particular card
and apparently yours is missing. If you find out the correct
details you can probably just augment that table and rebuild
the kernel.
