[netbsd-9] - cvs rdiff -u -r1.104 -r1.104.4.1 src/sys/kern/kern_event.c -> produces 100% load of pkgsrc/www/squid4 on one (1) cpu

Hi!

This change in netbsd-9 produces 100% cpu load of (unchanged)
pkgsrc/www/squid4 on 5 amd64 machines.
squid4 seems to work though ...

Reverting this change solved the problem.
