There is no camera driver for it, the kernel doesn't know about a camera. You need to use the firmware that supports the camera (start_x.elf) and you can build the raspistill software that talks to the vchiq driver (which is an interface to that firmware). This worked to some degree on a RPI3b+ running a 32bit kernel. It should work the same on a RPI0.
