I used sysinst to reinstall the base set. Now I have:

-> libsqlite3.so.1.4

-> libsqlite3.so.1.4
-r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 1253536 Dec 16 14:08 /usr/lib/libsqlite3.so.1.4
Which looks fine!
