This sounds familiar, actually! In https://gnats.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/query-pr-single.pl?number=58871, I reported similar symptoms on a Raspberry Pi 3. In short, I have some processes there which are stuck, including a "find" run from cron. When this happens, /sbin/reboot will do nothing either. Maybe these problems are related? -- Benny
