I recently came across an old mail thread concerning Areca SAS controllers.

I wondered if the situation with regard to NetBSD support for the Areca
ARC-1320 HBAs might have changed since 2012? Do these now have driver support
under NetBSD?
I have checked the Areca website under drivers and it appears as though they
provide the source code for the FreeBSD version of the driver, as well as the
CLI utilities for managing the adapters.

I could not find information on NetBSD and wondered if this is something
within reach?
