Run `envstat'. You should still see both values. On some machines `acpitz0' doesn't change--doesn't on mine.
The laptop body's keyboard feels warmer than it should be, particularly at the top right quadrant where the Delete and Backspace keys are.
That's probably where the CPU is.
On 10.1, the temperature was 41degC and it felt the fan cooling was more actively anticipating.
I haven't noticed much of a difference. Even in -HEAD my temps are ~40 C for both cores of my CPU. Might I suggest blowing the dust off the fan, and repasting the heat sink? -RVP
