I'm sorry but it is not bug in Mesa - thanks to RVP now we know for sure
that it is bug in handling atexit(3) call when invoked from shared
libraries via dlopen(3)/dlclose(3) calls. As demonstrated by RVP's example.
Mesa is just affected because in 11.0_BETA it started using atexit(3)
call - but it is supposed to work properly even from dlopen(3)-ed
libraries. (So my Subject is now obsolete, but that's how real world
works - real bug is often hidden in entirely different and unexpected
places).
