Another Ventoy fan here.  NetBSD is one of the few OSes not supported.
As you've probably found, a NetBSD ISO will start the boot process
then get stuck at like the targetroot.  If you stick an actual
NetBSD DVD in an optical drive on same system you can basically
auto-switch to it when booting from Ventoy: not in itself particularly
useful, though perhaps it hints at possibly work-arounds.
