I restarted the Standard Development of Project section and I need to delete at least one bug I filed.
In this NetCAT process, to delete a JIRA bug, do we resolve it first and then close it, or just close it? https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-545 I was able to make this work the second time.
