Hi Ataur,
I am afraid that the test specification is not up-to-date and I
cannot even find the old credentials. You will have to setup FTP server
on your local machine and/or use some of the public and free FTP
services like https://ftptest.net/
Finally, it would be awesome if you could clone the specification
for 10.0 version and update it! :)
