Great to hear of your experiments and enthusiasm -- just one thing, those
instructions use the latest nightly build and for testing purposes for the
upcoming Apache NetBeans 10, you need to use the build that we created
specifically for testing purposes so that we're all on the same base line:

If you could use the above and probably (hopefully) you'll not encounter
this particular problem.
