Yup. Though the WildFly source code is now in Apache NetBeans GitHub and you should connect with Emmanuel Hugonnet from Red Hat who is the author of that code to work with him on releasing that source code. Also maybe you can get his WildFly plugin from plugins.netbeans.org, not sure.
