The steps I followed as follows, * opened http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-netbeans-jsp-142931.html and selected "Accept License Agreement" * then downloaded x64 binaries for both windows and Linux from wiki page mentioned by Jiri here. http://wiki.netbeans.org/NetBeans_82_JDK8u141_Bundle_GoNoGo PS: I had both accept licence and wiki pages opened on separate tabs of same chrome window.
