Here is my mailing list filter setup, it catches 99% of the mail I get, well
that is until I post this, when umpteen different types will appear. 8)
After creating the three folders 'NetConnect'. 'Voyager' and 'Microdot II'.
Use "For 'Mail' if 'any' of these conditions are met" with each filter.
Nr Name What Condition Against
1 NetConnect To: Matches [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: Matches #? [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches #? <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
2 Voyager To: Matches [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: Matches #? [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches #? <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
3 Microdot To: Matches [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: Matches #? [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: Matches #? <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Use 'Move To:' 'PRIV.(? destination folder)'
and 'stop processing further filters' for all the filters.
I'm sure someone could come up with a more streamlined set of filters,
but at least with these I can see what's going on.
I hope someone else finds them of use.
