[netconnect] A couple of MDII thoughts

I've just picked up three mail messages with MDII.

It said "Loaded 0 2 to go", then "Loaded 1, 1 to go" and finally 
"Loaded 2 0 to go".   Seems slightly wrong.

Also, when getting mail the sender and subject details are shown for
each mail coming in.   When sending mail, the equivalent details are
not shown.  Would it be possible to show these details?
