[netconnect] 'Fuzzy' screen scroll

Hi

As a 'non techi' wrinkly can anyone help me with this problem, which
is that whenever I scroll a screen up or down using the slider bar the
white text looses all it's definition until the screen is still. I
have this problem with Miscodot and Voyager which seems to have
started since the latest upgrade (I don't tend to alter the set up of
my system eg Prefs etc as quite frankly I don't uderstand what many of
them do!!)

Hope I've explained this well?
