isn't that what Micro$oft was getting knocked about in court recently?
There's some patch on their site to remove the tracking facility
because it invaded privacy.
I believe it also adds IDs to all documents created to track them back
to the original author and software/serial used. Microsoft could get
some dosh back on all them pirate copies then!! :)
