In the tools draw there is a tool called 'CMD' single click this and then rA-i
to bring up the information widow then change the default tool types to what suits you.
You can re-direct printer output to a file which you can edit out the irrelivent bits
then print what you want. Or just save it
Then send the file as an Email attacthment
