I've noticed when using NC with ScalOS a small annoying 'feature.
Because ScalOS has built in support for NewIcons there is no need to
run the 'NewIcons' patch in the startup-sequence. The side effect of
removing this patch is the ability to use NewIcon images as toolbar
images. For some reason NetConnect toolbar uses the standard
icon.library functions to load its images. IMO it wouldbe better to
use the datatypes library to load images. It would allow multiple
format images which would remap better to different screen resolutions
and not suffer from the NewIcon problem.

Whoever knows about this new replacement for the netconnect toolbar
that Chris talked about - will it uses datatypes.library rather than
icon.library for image loading???

Regards,

Mike.
