It varies between sites whether it works. However, it often helps if
(when pressing return doesn't work) you use TAB. It's also good when
sometimes you go to a site and there don't appear to be any links.
Just keep pressing TAB and it will highlight them one-by-one!
(that happens if the links are images, with no ALT text and no border
and you don't download images).
