Free4all (like most ISPs ;/ ) do have server problems sometimes, check
their website where they usually notify users of server problems (yes,
I do use Free4all). From personal experience its very unlikely thats
it's Genesis at fault, almost always it's the ISP. Recently I had
probs with connections and freezing, I went through the usual paranoia
about Genesis but then I went to the Force9 website and discovered
that they were having server problems.
