The best ISP is the one with the most pro-active approach to providing
a quality service. It's easy to avoid problem by not upgrading
anything and sticking with outdated but known software. For example,
the change of headers with the new U-Net mail software is a side
effect that only seems to affect MicroDot, however all users benefit
from the greater speed of this new software.

All ISPs have problems, we're using bleeding-0edge technology here.
What counts is how they react to them and what they do to ensure as
few problem occur in future, while still providing a full service.
