Hello I have a folder full of emails that I wish to keep and back up (about 300) Is there anyway I can zip them and store them on a disk straight from the folder or do I have to go through each one in turn and save them into, say Ram, and then zip them all together? It would be much easier if I could just zip them up from the folder they are in now.
